We are an NCAA Division II school and a member of the Sunshine State Conference with 12 varsity teams, including men's baseball, basketball, golf, soccer and tennis; and women's basketball, golf, rowing, soccer, softball, tennis and volleyball. So far, we've won 24 NCAA championships, had 338 All-Americans, 413 Scholar All-Americans, and nine NCAA "Women of the Year" finalists, the most of any Division II school. Not bad at all, but we're going for more.

Biography

As the Vice President for Administrative Services and Organizational Development of Barry University, Jennifer Boyd-Pugh serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and provides strategic oversight to the departments of Human Resources, Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, Payroll, and Organizational Development and Training. Jennifer has served the Barry University community for over 25 years. Under her leadership, she brought the Human Resource department into the 21st century and was the functional lead for the Human Resource Information System Workday deployment. Jennifer is also a certified EEOC Investigator and Title IX Coordinator. Jennifer is actively engaged as a board member for the Independent Colleges and Universities Benefit Association (ICUBA) since 2014. She served as Board Chair from 2015 through 2017. She currently serves as the Board Treasurer.
